Remote Support
With technology advancing beyond all expectations, we can safely assume that audio, video, and lighting systems will see that same advancement. With most amplifiers coming with processors built in, mixers going digital, and wireless having their own applications, support for these systems means less on-site support and quicker response times. We offer two ways we can help: you can acquire our services when needed by using the emergency response form or sign up for one of our support plans!
Emergency Response:
Our Emergency Response means just that! Someone will respond within the hour and provide remote assistance in any form able. Whether that be troubleshooting, walking you through the steps to achieve a solution, or accessing a PC on-site to apply the fix themselves. Anyone has access to this service at $150 for up to 2 hours of support. If on-site support is needed, any necessary equipment and time needed will quoted separately. Support Plans:
We offer (3) plans: Basic, Premium, and Enterprise. Each plan comes with dedicated PC's provided and maintained by LSDAV, discounted emergency response, and discounted on-site response. Follow the Support Plans button below to find out which plan is the right fit for you!
